Liability Coverage

Will provide liability coverage for up to 1 million dollar.

Emergency Roadside Assistance

Will provide all emergency assistance renter may need on the road such as mobile battery service/jump starting and/or temporary adjustments, flat tire service including changing a flat tire, fuel supply delivery, enabling the renter to reach the nearest service station and lockout key service.

Towing in Case of Accident

If necessary, towing will be free of charge to any location in Dominican Republic.

Hassle Free Walk Away

(Collision Damage Waiver) provided by AmeriRent is a hassle-free walk-away coverage. This is the best choice of coverage because it exonerates your responsibility in the event of a collision regardless of fault. Note: If Basic Protector is Selected you will be subject to pay a deductible amount.

Unlimited Rental Days

The protector Plan of your choice will protect you for the entire length of your rental! Whether it's a 1 day or 3 months rental, the coverage will be active for as long as you keep the vehicle.

Collision Coverage (CDW)

Reduces the financial responsibility of the renter to a deductible amount, in case of damages to the rental vehicle. The deductible amount for cars is US$800.00 and for SUVs, Minivans and Pickup Trucks is US$1,200.00. Provides coverage to all drivers names on the contract.

Tire Protection

Will pay or reimburse any cost resulting from road hazard flat tires, punctured tires, curb damage and cuts.

  

Wind Shield Protection

Will pay or reimburse any cost resulting from a road hazard stone chip to the windshield or in case of a cracked windshield.

  

Theft Protection (Vehicle)

Provides coverage in case of theft of the rental vehicle.

  

Theft Protection (Parts and Accessories)

Covers 50% of the cost of replacement of stolen parts or accessories, such as tires, mirror, etc..

    

Zero Deductible (CDW)

For Cars Only reduces the lessor's financial responsibility to $0.00 (USD)

  

Zero Deductible SUV’s

For SUVs and Minivans only reduces financial responsibility to US$0.00 in case of accident.

      

Interior Damage of Rental Vehicle

Coverage exonerates the renter for unintentional damage caused to the interior of the rented vehicle and/or spillage of food or drink. This coverage is limited to $250 (inclusive of all fees and taxes) per rental contract.

    

Loss of Use

Exempts the renter and all additional drivers from any loss of rental income resulting from an accident while the vehicle is in the repair facility.

    

Emergency Transportation (Taxi, Fares, Etc..)

Includes trip interruption benefit in case you are involved in an accident or experience a mechanical failure, AmeriRent will reimburse for any taxis, emergency transportation, fares up to $125 (inclusive of all fees and taxes).

    

Hotel Accommodation

Includes reimbursement of hotel accommodation in case you are involved in an accident or experience a mechanical failure, which cannot be attended to within the same day. AmeriRent will reimburse you up to $125 for hotel expenses (inclusive of all fees and taxes).
